Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of BNKD, made by Indeginus Stackworks Limited. By using BNKD you agree to them. Apple’s standard terms for apps from the App Store also apply.

What BNKD Is

BNKD helps you notice and keep small wins. It is a personal journal, not financial, medical or professional advice.

Your Content

What you write and the photos you add are yours. They stay on your iPhone, so keep a backup of your iPhone if you want to keep them. When you share a card, you choose where it goes and you are responsible for what you share.

BNKD Plus

BNKD Plus is bought and managed through the App Store with your Apple Account. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple’s rules. Manage it from Settings › Manage subscription in BNKD, or in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Testing Versions

Versions shared through TestFlight are unfinished. They may change, break or lose data, and passes given to testers can end.

Fair Use

Don’t misuse BNKD, try to break it, or use it to harm others. We may close accounts that do.

Liability

BNKD is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content lost on your device. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
