Where are my wins kept?

On your iPhone. Your wins, Pending items and proof photos don’t go to our servers, and we can’t see or read them. Sync through your own private iCloud is coming next.

How do reminders work?

Turn on Settings › Daily reminder and pick a time. Each day it asks what you’ll bank, and you can add to Pending or bank a win straight from the notification. On the day your weekly statement is issued, the statement arrives instead.

How do I manage BNKD Plus?

Plus is bought and managed through the App Store. Use Settings › Manage subscription in BNKD, or iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, to change or cancel it.

How do I delete my account and my wins?

Settings › Delete All Wins removes every win, Pending item and proof photo. Settings › Delete Account removes your account and everything our servers keep. Both ask first, because they can’t be undone. More about deleting your account.
