Where Are My Wins?

On your iPhone. They are not on our servers, so we can’t restore them for you. Deleting BNKD without an iPhone backup removes them.

Reminders Don’t Arrive

Check Settings › Daily reminder in BNKD, then iOS Settings › Notifications › BNKD. Focus modes can hold reminders back.

BNKD Plus

Plus is managed by Apple. To cancel, go to iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account and Plus comes back with it.
