Privacy Policy

BNKD is made by Indeginus Stackworks Limited. This page says what BNKD keeps, where, and why. In short: what you write stays on your iPhone, we never sell anything about you, and there are no ads.

Your Wins

Your wins, Pending items, captions and proof photos are stored on your iPhone. They are not sent to our servers, and we cannot see or read them. Location data is removed from proof photos when you add them. If you delete BNKD without a backup, they are gone.

When we add iCloud sync, your wins will be stored in your own private iCloud, under your Apple Account, where we still cannot read them. We will update this page before that ships.

Your Account

You can use BNKD as a guest, without an account. If you sign in with Apple, our servers keep your account: the identifier Apple gives us, the email Apple shares (which can be a private relay address), the name you choose to show, your BNKD ID, and whether you have BNKD Plus or a pass. When you buy Plus, Apple tells our servers about the purchase so it can be unlocked; Apple handles the payment, and we never see your card.

Usage Analytics

To learn which features help, BNKD counts how it is used: which screens are opened, when wins are banked or Pending items crossed off, and the time of day. These counts are tied to a random number made on your iPhone, not to your account, your name or your email, and they never include anything you write or any photo. Raw counts are kept for 90 days, then only totals remain. Turn this off any time in Settings › Privacy › Share Usage Analytics; nothing is sent while it is off.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, your iPhone gives us a push token so we can send reminders and news about BNKD. Your daily reminder is scheduled on your iPhone. Turn notifications off in Settings or in iOS Settings.

Sharing

Share cards are made on your iPhone. They only go where you send them.

Who Helps Us

Our servers run on Supabase. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, notifications and the App Store. They process data only to provide those services to us.

What We Never Do

We never sell or rent your data, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

Deleting Your Data

Delete all your wins in Settings › Delete All Wins. Delete your account, and with it everything our servers keep about you, in Settings › Delete Account; it also stops Sign in with Apple for BNKD. See Delete Your Account. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Children

BNKD is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this policy changes, we will update this page and its date, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
